Power Generation

Hydro – We design and supply cooling systems for hydro-stations. Our engineers have designed and supplied Stator coolers, Thrust Bearing and Transformer oil coolers to many hydro-stations across New Zealand and Australia. 

Gas Fired – We offer Fuel Gas booster compressor packages for aero-derivative gas turbines having experience with all the major turbines including: GE LM2500+, LM6000, LMS100, Rolls Royce Trent 60, Pratt & Whitney FT8 TwinPac, Siemens SGT-800 units.

We offer Fuel Gas booster and pre-combustion chamber compressors for gas engines including Wartsila, Rolls Royce, Caterpillar & Jenbacher. These engines may be operating on natural gas, coal seam or biogas/landfill gas. We are authorised packagers for Ro-Flo rotary vane compressors.

Other – As well as pressure boost, Pressure Worx can provide pressure reduction and gas conditioning systems to filter gas at the temperature, pressure and dewpoint required for the process. We condition gas, remove siloxanes, H2S and moisture prior to CHP engines or Microturbines to enhance their performance, reduce maintenance costs and increase equipment life.
