Retubes & Refurbishment

Pressure Worx can often refurbish your shell & tube, plate or fin/coil heat exchanger. This normally entails re-tubing with new tubes/fin banks, re-testing and where required re-certifying the unit. We support clients with existing Flotech or Greenlane Technologies heat exchangers and can offer like for like or upgraded designs to match existing site layouts to minimise changes. We can also provide updated mechanical design calculations and new or updated design verifications for old units that may be to older versions of the codes.

We have vast experience with stator coolers, designing and supply of new units as part of hydrostation generator refurbishments.
